Whether you choose to stay in our motel one night or several nights, you will enjoy the modern, comfortable rooms and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Away from the main highway, yet centrally located, you will enjoy privacy.

Have your morning coffee on the deck or at the dock and watch the sunrise. All our rooms have full baths, are air-conditioned, and have cable television. Efficiencies have fully equipped kitchens.

We offer several options so that you can choose the room that is just right for you:

  • Efficiency Suite: Spacious bedroom/sitting room with 2 double beds and sofa; fully equipped separate kitchen and dining area; private balcony with lake view.
  • Patio Efficiencies: Sitting/dining area with view of lake; fully equipped kitchen; separate bedroom, large private patio. Available with 1 double and 1 twin bed or 2 double beds.
  • Front Motel Rooms: Two double beds in rooms on the balcony or deck level.
  • Side Motel Room: Smaller room on parking lot level; 1 double, 1 twin.

Reservations

A deposit of one-half the rental fee is required to confirm reservation. Deposit, less a $10.00 handling fee per room per day, will be refunded only when cancellation notice is received 72 hours prior to motel check-in. A 60 day cancellation notice is required for efficiencies.  On multiple unit rentals (more than one unit), refund of the deposit will be based solely on rebooking of the unit, regardless of when the cancellation notice is given to Pine Hill.  If a unit is rebooked, Pine Hill will refund the deposit, less the administrative handling fee of $10.00 per unit per day.

Boat slips are available at one slip per room for $9/registered day. Pets are not permitted. Check-in: 2 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m. Master-Charge, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted.
